By visiting alignalgo.com, joining the waitlist, signing the Own Your Algorithm pledge, or otherwise using anything on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We'll try to make any future changes clear rather than quietly editing the page — see "Changes to these terms" below.
Description of service
AlignAlgo is a product line built by Expedia Solutions — nine planned tools (Move, Shop, Food, Communities, Coverage, Music, Maps, Finance, Heart) built around one shared graph of your taste, trust, and choices. Today, alignalgo.com is primarily a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site. Align Heart is live at a separate site; the other eight products are still in development and are not yet available as live, usable products through this site. Features, timelines, screenshots, and product descriptions here reflect current plans and are subject to change before anything actually launches.
Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a specific product, feature, or launch date will happen on a specific schedule.
Waitlist & account conduct
When you join the waitlist, sign the pledge, or ask to be notified about a product, you agree to:
- Provide an email address you actually control, rather than a fake or someone else's address.
- Not create multiple or automated sign-ups to inflate waitlist, pledge, or referral counts.
- Not attempt to scrape, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer non-public parts of the site or its infrastructure.
- Treat any community-facing feature — the Own Your Algorithm pledge, comments, or similar surfaces as they launch — the way you'd want to be treated in it.
We can remove access for accounts or sign-ups that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
AlignAlgo, Own Your Algorithm, and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Expedia Solutions, used to identify this product line — some filings are still in progress rather than fully registered. Creytix and its marks belong to Creytix / Expedia Solutions, credited on this site under the "Powered by Creytix" co-brand. The site's design, copy, illustrations, and the underlying graph architecture are owned by Expedia Solutions or its licensors.
You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to this site. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content, code, or design beyond normal browsing and sharing, without our permission.
Disclaimers
Where any part of the service is live, it's provided "as is" and "as available." Because most of the AlignAlgo family hasn't shipped yet, we make no uptime, accuracy, or performance promises for tools that aren't live — descriptions of unreleased products are statements of intent, not service-level commitments.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here implies that a regulated service (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) is available through AlignAlgo unless the relevant product has actually launched and says so explicitly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expedia Solutions and AlignAlgo won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. This section is intentionally a placeholder pending counsel review — the final liability caps, carve-outs, and jurisdiction-specific language will be set once this page is finalized.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this page changes. Once these terms are finalized by counsel and cover live products with real users, material changes will be flagged more visibly — for example a site notice or an email — before they take effect.
